About the Soviet Minsk Motorbike

The Soviet Minsk motorbike was brought to Vietnam in the late ’80s by Vietnamese people working in the former Soviet Union. It became popular in the north as it is strong with easy access to the countryside and mountain roads of the North. People getting back from the Soviet Union country bought bikes really cheap there and sold them in Vietnam for a profit. The Soviet Minsk is a part of our life in the years the 1980s – 1990s.
